I want to personally thank you for a great team effort for my parent’s move out of their apartment in Quincy last Friday. Dave did a great job estimating and coaching us on how best to handle everything. He worked on our schedule from Quincy and set up for delivery in Port Charlotte, Fla. I know Martin from previous jobs here at One First in Cambridge and he is a true professional. He and his side kick (DeAngelo, maybe not the correct name) was hustling the whole time. Everything was inventoried, padded and packed in less than a half day. They were courteous to everyone along the way and did not scratch or ding any furniture or walls along the route. I look forward to having the delivery end of this venture closed out some time early next week. It is people like these gentlemen that make a stressful event seamless. Please ensure this message gets to the top of your management team. People are so quick to criticize and rare is the event that someone will notice the little things that mean so much in a customer service industry. Roadrunner is a great team. In my experience they were extremely professional and friendly. The team I worked with obviously took a lot of pride in their job, which encompassed everything from packing to moving, breaking down furniture and reassembling it. They were extremely careful and went to great lengths to ensure they minimized wall and furniture dings. They were fast and efficient on both my move out and move in day, and even accommodated a couple requests I didn’t expect them to. All in all if you’re looking for a professional moving team that’s fairly priced, really knows what they’re doing and how to get things done, you’re not going to regret going with Roadrunner.

The whole move was superb. I had no concerns as I have used them before and they lived up to expectations. They were on schedule for packing and loading as well as delivery and unloading. Their crew is efficient and very courteous. They packed carefully and on unloading, they placed the boxes in the rooms as marked and they were very careful with the furniture. The management – David and Martin – have always been so helpful and supportive. This is the fourth time I have used them . One move was to India and it went very smoothly. Move From Boston to Washington, DC

Great price, great service, excellent attention to detail – I highly recommend Roadrunner. We’ve now used them twice. The first time was our move out of Our Boston condo and into our house in the burbs. A small move at the time, but we felt like a very big customer. Lots of attention to our needs and immediate follow up to our questions and concerns though out the whole process.

The second time was a combo move-store-move in process. Like the first time, the move went extremely smoothly. The crew was on time, friendly yet professional, and provided outstanding service and attention to detail.

I have no plans to move again in the near future, but when that time does come, Roadrunner will be the mover.
